Become RB

RB Encoded returns in 2027 — an extracurricular training program for aspiring contemporary artists designed to strengthen their personal endeavours, as well as prepare them for the high technical and creative demands of our productions.

Benefits

  • Train directly with Artistic Director & Founder Riley Baldwin.

  • Two age levels available, inducting dancers as young as 7.

  • No audition is required in order to participate.

  • No dance school affiliation, providing neutral ground for everyone.

  • Longer, capped classes to ensure more in-depth training.

  • Pay casually, depending on your personal commitments.
